I haven't heard any news people or even the new york governor thanking President Trump for sending the Comfort hospital ship all the way to new york city from the west coast.
USNS Comfort transited to New York City from Norfolk, not the west coast. USNS Mercy is based in San Diego. San Diego is on the west coast.
Do not hold your breath waiting for any Democrat leader to express gratitude towards President Trump for his leadership and Federal Government resource allocation, especially to those states (particularly New York State and City) with failed leadership. It simply is not in their DNA. Trace and review the history of their behavior as a Party originating just before the Civil War. It should help one understand the mentality that exists amongst many of the members and Democrat Party Leaders.
