Investigation: City Comptroller reports to work at City Hall only 18 hours a week

BALTIMORE (WBFF) - Before the Coronavirus had made the term work from home ubiquitous, one top city official was spending more than half her week outside the office.

What City Comptroller was doing with all her time away from the office we can’t say for sure, but a FOX45 News Investigation found some of that time was at her personal accounting firm.

City Comptroller Joan Pratt is one of the most powerful people in City Hall.

She has been elected to her post six times and has a slight lead in the polls for a seventh term.
