Nothing new, the civil defense sirens have getting tested the first Monday night of every month for over 40 years
Can’t hear them unless you are right next to them....useless, upgrade to broadcasting and cellphone alerts, reaches more people faster!
When the big EMP comes, you'll need a crank for that siren.
