Frank Bicking was looking to celebrate his daughter’s perfect semester with a shopping trip that included an attack that might end up changing his life.
The Thorofare, New Jersey, resident crossed the Delaware Memorial Bridge on Sunday, December 22, 2019, to head to the Christiana Mall to give his daughter Samantha a chance to shop, tax-free, at a mall that's got more than the closer mall in South Jersey.
Bicking, who suffers from a condition that brings about common bouts of seizures, has a service dog named Beauty, who has been with him for about a-year-and-a-half.
Samantha and her mother had just exited the Williams Sonoma store in the mall, and the family was on the way out of the mall for the day, when they passed by a kiosk selling Prédiré Paris products.
Bicking said three small dogs were being kept near the operators when a reaction happened.

Ever heard of Amazon? Bite free.
The merchant is a liar and her dogs were not service dogs, because a service dog doesn't attack. She was a lazy pos that dragged her dogs to work with her and put a lot of people in jeopardy.
I hope this guy sues her bigly.
It is very quickly getting out of control with these POS people using every excuse and scam to take their household pets with them where ever they go.
Been there. Done that. Cops are useless . They do not understand the law, the limits of it nor the "rights" of the dog assaulted.

I know some rich guy here who gets the local Dr here to sign some lie about his dog so they can take it on the plane instead of cargo on an all day trip to germany.
Every year.
It is not just the people but the doctors are accomplices in these lies. So your doctor doesn't even care that he is also perpetuating a lie and creating these situations.
I have never seen useless yapping small dogs as service dogs. Mall is liable as I am sure there are no papers proving the vendor's were service dogs. Sue Sue Sue!!!!
Look at how many doctors lie so people can get handicap tags. Just because you’re fat or old doesn’t mean you should have handicap tags
