The millenials are way lacking in a lot of departments, when it comes to being a human.
This is the result of liberal policy in public schools such as 'No Child Left Behind', Everyone Gets A Trophy (no score or grade just pass them onward, don't hurt anyone's feelings!) Etc. As long as they can Express what they are trying to say it doesn't matter how they do it! It is soooooo sad actually!

Scarry is the answer to your question. However, about 15 years ago, I worked with a high ranking/highly paid Federal employee that no one could understand what she was saying - ever. That was part of the Kennedy "affirmative action" within the Federal Government. She didn't have a speech problem - it was " ghetto talk".
