GOP candidate calls for opponent Ilhan Omar to face hanging for treason

One of the Republican candidates looking to challenge Democratic Rep. Ilhan Omar come 2020 will have to campaign without the help of Twitter.

Danielle Stella has been permanently suspended from the social media platform after tweeting about Omar being hanged on at least two occasions.

Both of the controversial tweets in question, which are no longer available, referenced recent allegations that Omar has given sensitive information to the Iranian government. The freshman congresswoman has rejected the allegations, calling them Saudi Arabian propaganda and labeling them “outlandishly absurd.”
“If it is proven @IlhanMN passed sensitive info to Iran, she should be tried for #treason and hanged,” Ms. Stella’s campaign account said in the first tweet, according to the Washington Times. The second tweet included a link to an article that aggregated her first remark. It also included a stick figure hanging from gallows.

The media moguls should hang with her

If she committed the crime the oath given testimony suggests, yes, she should hang. Period. These are death worthy high crimes, capital crimes of the worst order against our country and should be dealt with as a preventative measure and deterrent for others. The rope or bloody firing squad.

The rope please. Let her hang in public for a week.

Promoting the death penalty for a member of congress on a public forum SHOULD be banned. That is no way to run a campaign, democrat or republican.

@11:02. Nonsense. Congress is not above the law and if they commit a crime against this country that warrants death then DEATH to that person. You'd love to think you can commit whatever crime you can in office and declare any calls for the punishment to be censored out of respect or some type of civility.

Twitter banned me also when I made a comment about her and the married man she became involved with. It seems demoncrats are off-limits on Twitter.
