Maryland has a gigantic program going on for people with insurance lapse fines IT ENDS DECEMBER 31, 2019
Certain insurance lapse fines qualify for the program called Fine Fix. Not everyone qualifies but contact Fine Fix and take action before December 31st or lose the chance
This is a legitimate program

Gonna be tough for MVA to be open on "Friday November 28". Friday is the 29th and the 28th is Thanksgiving Day. We gotta got these notices correct.
Commie maryland. Just because your insurace lapsed doesn't mean you have driven the car. It is an unjust law. Presumption of guilt within the legislation.
