Alleged shoplifters?
Northwest Woodsman: charming young citizens enjoying a shopping outing and looking for bargains. Apparently they found some real “steals”.
There is something they all have in common and I cannot quite put my finger on it. I myself have turned in several shoplifters in different stores all across Salisbury. They could care less who sees them. Committing a crime is a badge of honor to them.
