Did you mean the Executives office?

Interesting they are having the meeting at the same time as the County Council meeting.

It is not too late. It is not just 1 farmer against it. Over 80 people signed a petition against it in just a few hrs. The Council has listened. The problem is with Planning and Zoning code interpretation and the way the permit was issued. P&Z answers to the County Executive. Come to the mtg to get the facts. If you have ever been adversely affected by the spreading or storage of sludge come to the mtg and be heard.
I'm sorry the "wannabe" farmer was insulted. That happens sometimes when you stand up for what is right. He is not alone.

I am willing to bet that Burns doesn't really "own" this tank in the end. He's just a front man for Valley Protein and Denali. THIS IS INDUSTRIAL, NOT AGRICULTURE!

More information about the meeting and what has been going on can be found on this blog: www.neighborhoodaction.group

Burns is all about the money. and how do we know that regulations will be followed if he is permitted to have that tank? hell his wife does not follow the law when it comes to her health care facility...thats why she has finally been indicted !..all about that bottom dollar and to hell with the people that will have to deal with it! The council should not have given that permit and im would be willing to bet that none of them did their homework before they granted it. i was not included in that petition but i wish i had known about it...i would have signed it! So this is not just one disgruntled wanna be farmer! so Biff and Candy just shut it. I hope all show up and that firehouse is packed to max capacity.

Oh, it will be.

Why is this John Cannon's fault? This happened under Planning and Zoning and Public Works under the County Executive Culver's watch.

Good point we're are the libs ????

Sure go out and tell that farmer what he can’t do on his land. I’m sure you gang up on him you will make the paper.

Everyone will put flowers on his grave

Biff has been in the Wicomico soil district office plenty griping about this whole issue. He is certainly used to everyone bowing down and giving in.

Anonymous said...

Well, not this time, buddy boy!

Biff has got a bigger problem than he realizes. The County never should have given him the building permit because what he wants to do is not allowed by the zoning ordince
