A Viewer Writes.......Layoff at PRMC?
PRMC employees should get ready for layoffs. The PRMC Board has promised Nanticoke no layoffs for 2 years. The math won't work without layoffs so that means they will have to come from PRMC.

Why should they believe an executive's promises...the brand new CIO at Perdue promised no layoffs - and less than two years later...pooof! Granted, this was 8 years ago...but she still lied her butt off!
Agreed. Cindy is out to lunch. Time to retire. Steve thinks he is convincing everyone he is some version of a 2nd coming, but in reality he is little more than a legend in his own mind.
I worked at PRMC for 12 years leaving to go to Shock Trauma in Baltimore in 2010. I must say that for my last 5 years in Salisbury I dreaded getting up to go to work as I knew nothing had changed- 40 people in the waiting room at any given time, poor leadership at all levels, patients dying in the waiting room after 6 hour waits, and some of the laziest R.N's on the planet/ Annual employee turnover rate of 50% in the E.R. And new grads nurses from Salisbury University who gain no real clinical experience in 4 years of schooling, but they sure can delegate tasks to the Patient Care Technicians. It might be noted that the S.U. grads are taught to be administrators, not patient directed nurses. I feel sorry for Delaware residents who will now know what inferiors hopsitals are.
Some positions were eliminated / restructured at Nanticoke before the agreement with PRMC was even approved. Nanticoke has already lost people before the 2 year agreement.
It's important to remember that Steve and Cindy are accomplished liars. They have perfected the art of appearing honest while lying to your face. Steve has said publically many times that Peggy Naleppa is his mentor. He learned well.
All you idiots bad mouthing PRMC desrve what you get, if the hospital is as bad as you say it is. Good thing you all are anonymous. PRMC is a first class hospital that Salisbury doesn't deserve by the likes of the comments here. Wait until you are in a serious accident and need immediate trauma care. Then, if you're lucky, you can lay there and watch them save your worthless lives. Salisbury is an ungrateful bunch when it comes to counting your blessings.

No big surprise. Our new CEO is just a more polished version of the lying sack of nonsense we had previously. Time to move to AGH
Just know this...if Steve, Cindy, or Penny open their mouth.....its a LIE
I heard they are going to shut down the obgyn in Seaford and make everyone go to Salisbury.
I heard Nanticoke cancer care will be shut down
They have bought a couple cardiology groups in Salisbury too.
They don't need 50% of the idiots CNA's at prmc anyway . Just throw the bed pan away when used and boom you can get rid of 75% of the cna's.
It's the same at PRMC...nothing but lies.

PRMC should close all these Your DOC'S IN. That DR Richardson is a Quak
U of M Health Care in Easton and Cambridge are very good. They get better every day.
2:20 have you heard which ones by any chance?

Well said.
U of M should come to Salisbury
Salisbury flat out sucks at everything
@ 5:49 Delmarva Heaat is one. That was a great practice but will go to hell now!

They bought Delmarva Heart and are finalizing the purchase of Peninsula Cardiology
prmc stands for pig ranch mortuary and crematorium
Well said. PRMC is a dump
Yeah right. Voluntary resignations don't count.
Lmao

Agreed. A pack of liars and thieves only interested in self promotion.
100% agreed. He is a slightly more polished version of (his hero).Naleppa.
Gee.. all 3 of them? Wow.
Amen to that
Absolutely true.
I heard the same thing
That's absolutely true. Seaford OBGYN Is gone but the jobs will be eliminated out of Salisbury.
Yep...another STARK violation.
That's exactly why I moved out of Fruitland - PRMC is a band aide station. Everyone no matter what heart attack is the reason for the death.
1:12 how so?
