Legendary Texas billionaire Henry Ross Perot, perhaps best known for his run as an independent candidate in the 1992 presidential campaign, died Tuesday at his home in Dallas, NBC 5 has confirmed.
Perot, who celebrated his 89th birthday last month, was diagnosed with cancer earlier this year. Perot's family said he died Tuesday morning at home, surrounded by his devoted family.
"In business and in life, Ross was a man of integrity and action. A true American patriot and a man of rare vision, principle and deep compassion, he touched the lives of countless people through his unwavering support of the military and veterans and through his charitable endeavors. Ross Perot will be deeply missed by all who loved him. He lived a long and honorable life," the family said.

Perot was the sole reason that classless Clinton and his skank ever got into the White House. Bush would have won his second term if it wasn't for Perot's interference as a third party candidate. If he wanted to run against Bush, Perot should have run against him as a Republican in the primaries. He had some really good ideas, but he screwed over the country running as an independent. He "beat" Bush by skewing the votes away from Bush, making Clinton the winner. And history has proven what a big mistake that was for the country. We got cigar Bill and horrendous Hillary.
I am sure he will for (D) in the next election.
i beg to differ 4:19...Ross was the first attempt to take back our country from the deep state luciferian globalist and The Bush's threaten Ross
George H.W.Bush was a lame president, and a member of the illuminati, leaders of the deep state. He just held a vacant spot for 4 years
4:19am He never would have made the ballot had he run against Bush on the (R) ticket. Bush was an incumbent and I don't know that any party has ever unseated an incumbent to replace them with fresh meat.

How astute of you. You got my point. And the incumbent would have won over Clinton, if Ross hadn't siphoned off the votes from the incumbent, without any chance of winning. Ross only made sure there were two losers, and not just one. Ross was a loser as soon as he ran as an independent. No independent has ever come close to winning the presidency.
