Is Berlin a beach town? How about Ocean Pines? How close do you have to be to be called a beach town? Seems to me a very subjective classification. You don't have to have a beach to be a beach town, just a short driving distance is necessary.
I think Salisbury has one swimming let along a beach. Joe has a bar and a beautiful pool. Saw the pictures.
