SAN ANTONIO (WOAI/KABB) - The girl who caused a social media craze over the weekend by opening a container of Blue Bell ice cream and licking it has been identified.
Lufkin Police Department said that the female suspect is a juvenile from San Antonio, who has ties to the Lufkin area through her boyfriend.
The video, which has been viewed over 10 million times, shows the San Antonio teen opening the container, licking a quart of Tin Roof ice cream and putting it back into the freezer of the Walmart in Lufkin.

That girl is a juvenile?! Good thing she was caught and identified before she got some poor men sent to prison.
Because this crime is so heinous she needs to be charged as an Adult to show the world this crap won't be tolerated. Also it is time we started punishing these "Juveniles" for their adult crimes. She should get 20 years, no parole and throw away the key!
If I were the judge of this case, my punishment would be to wait until below 32° and make her lick a metal lamp post with a sign stating what she did. Although everyone will know because she wanted to be seen. That way the pu ishment would fit the crime.
