Virginia Tech hosted ten separate graduation ceremonies for students based on their identity. In May, the university held separate ceremonies for Black, Asian, Latino, Muslim, and LGBTQ students. Breitbart News reported in May that many American colleges offer separate graduation ceremonies for Black students.
The College Fix reported this week that Virginia Tech is one of many universities that have adopted separate ceremonies for student groups based on identity. For example, The Donning of Kente Ceremony is held to commemorate the graduation of Black and African American students.
Virginia Tech will also hold a “Lavender Ceremony” for student members of the LGBTQ community.

I went to my wife's graduation at Towson University a couple of years ago. The President asked that applause and hootin' and hollerin' (not his exact words) be held until after everyone was called on stage. From the very first black student called until the last one, not one black family listened. Almost every white family listened and waited until the end to celebrate. I wish they would have had separate ceremonies there.
It's only illegal if you are white.
The hard working silent majority in this country does not need special treatment. We never have. Our votes speak volumes as they did in 2016.
Have they re-instituted segregation?
We certainly wouldn't get away with it!
Maybe they are waking up to the fact that we don't want to associate with them!
