Hogan is 100% right on this. You guys hate anybody who really calls it like it is by calling out both parties.

Don't trust Hogan. This decision works in his favor. Just ask Holder. Holder (Obama's) AG is the leader in gerrymandering.

The SCOTUS is completely correct here. Elections are held by the States, and even more county by county. Votes are then handed up to the Fed for final counts, if national. All other votes stay local.

Blame your State legislators for their cheating ways and hold them accountable.

The LAST thing we need is the Feds in charge of elections!

Gerrymandering is an affront to all Americans. But it occurs where it is practiced, on a state by state basis. Each state legislature has the power to enact electoral boundaries that are fair and consistent, and then to step aside and let ideas influence the voters.

SCOTUS ruled that if state legislatures create a mess they have the power to clean it up, and that the Feds and courts must respect the states' powers and decisions.

So it's up to citizens to oust gerrymandering legislators and elect reps who will let democracy flourish, even if they lose elections.
