Sandmann was at the center of a viral controversy back in January, alongside reports suggesting that he and his classmates had initiated a confrontation with Native American elder Nathan Phillips outside the Lincoln Memorial in Washington, D.C. Subsequent reporting and video evidence contradicted that version of events.
Sandmann's attorney, Todd V. McMurty, announced the defamation suit against NBCUniversal.

Yea! He deserves to win! Maybe hitting "fake news" in the pocketbook
will curb some of this slanting/lying they love to do.
I hope he wins. That might make news agencies a little more careful about jumping to conclusions!
The MSM were all wrong from the start, yet doubled down on it for days and days. I'd call that libelous and slanderous. Let's see what the courts think.
Don't settle for anything less than $100,000,000 from each of the defendants, along with admissions of guilt to be plastered on the news every day for a month.
Another frivolous lawsuit clogging up the courts. There oughta be a law
Get them Nick they only react when their pocketbook is involved.
I hope he wins every lawsuit he files...about time the POS media gets taken down a notch or two.
The MSM is made up of people who are mentally poisoned.
Fake outrage🙄👆
