PragerU announced on Wednesday that YouTube has placed another of its videos in “restricted mode,” meaning that not everyone who visits the video-sharing website will be able to watch it. The restricted video is of Candace Owens’ powerful testimony before the House Judiciary Committee hearing on Tuesday.
YouTube has placed yet another PragerU video in “restricted mode,” according to the organization.
This time, the restricted video is of Candace Owens’ testimony before the House Judiciary Committee hearing on Tuesday, which had created several viral moments, one of which has also recently become the most watched C-SPAN video of a House hearing on Twitter.
When YouTube puts a video in “restricted mode,” it means that the video is censored from all users that have enabled the website’s restricted mode feature, which typically include libraries, schools, public institutions, or in any setting where viewers may belong to a younger demographic.
The restricted mode feature is used in order to block videos that have been deemed inappropriate, such as pornography or violence.

What were "inappropriate" were the Hawaiian congressman's cherry picking Owens' statement to discredit her, and the chairman's comments that identified her as a political activist when no other person on the list was described other than by their name and title, as well as calling her out for calling the congressman "stupid", which she most certainly did not do. Her comment in her own defense was followed by the Chair's dismissive comment and expression. This is the way Democrats run their show.
Owens was cool, collected and got to the point. Those two committee members need to be sanctioned.
We are getting so much closer to Stalinism / Nazi-ism every day. Censuring the media - what people see and hear - was the first step.
Disarming them was second. Removing religion was third.
Sound familiar??
So, Free Market Capitalism is o.k., and businesses should be able to do what they want until you don't like it... then we're all fine with big government intrusion... right? No, see the problem here is that what is being suggested as to be happening doesn't really hold up to scrutiny.
Lets do some CRITICAL thinking here, shall we?
There are plenty of videos on You Tube of Candace Owens testimony... all fully searchable and available for viewing on You Tube. So, to say that You Tube is involved in some conspiratorial plot to censor Owens doesn't really ring true, does it?
You Tube, does not screen videos uploaded. The community of users self police by flagging inappropriate material. There are just too many videos uploaded to review them at the point of upload. Likelihood, this is the work of flagging and reporting by a small group of trolls.. .and YouTube has an automated response that reacts to these flags.
Notice, there is no reporting on WHY this happened, nor any follow up on YouTubes response to a dispute from Prager?
This conspiratorial fear mongering and self victim hood is absurd. Stop it. It's dishonest, and I think the folks at Prager should be smart enough to figure that out, no need to manufacture nonsense.
Discriminatory practices and censorship of freedom of speech. Where is the liberals that want transparency? Government needs to restrict these companies and punish them severely.

Naive
YouTube, Facebook, Amazon, Google are ALL intelligence operations

So, let me see if I have that right. You want the GOVERNMENT to step in and dictate to private companies what they can and cannot do, and "restrict these companies and punish them severely."
I want you to read that, and think on it, and reflect on what that sounds like.
