Georgetown, DE-Georgetown Police have arrested a Milton woman after responding to a call for a child left unattended in a motor vehicle.
On April 16, 2019 Georgetown Police were dispatched to the Walmart parking lot for reports of a small child in a motor vehicle, unattended. Officers arrived and located a small infant who was seated in the back seat of a Honda Pilot in the parking lot. The vehicle was unlocked, and officers contacted the infant. Officers observed the infant and determined she was in good health.
Further investigation revealed that the infant was alone in the vehicle for at least fifteen minutes. Officers contacted the operator of the vehicle on scene and they were taken into custody. Officers learned that the operator of the vehicle was babysitting the infant. The mother of the infant was contacted, and the infant was returned to her custody.
OFELIA VELASQUEZ BERDUO 40, of Milton was charged with endangering the welfare of a child. Velasquez Berduo was arraigned and released on her own recognizance.

She's an illegal immigrant what do you expect. Had a lovely Mexican woman who lived a few doors down in the Presidents Neighborhood Assoc when the weather got warm last year she would let her 2 very small boys out in the front yard to play all day with no clothes on and never out there to watch them . God watched them at least they both were living when they moved.
