How many rapes in Salisbury? How many rapes in Baltimore? How many rapes in the World? Rape happens, has always happened, and will always happen somewhere. It's worse in some places, not as bad in others. Lots of alleged rapes around campus towns. If they are not raping and killing, then its just rapes. My only point is that its got to be better than killing the victim. Being a victim is bad, being a victim that has been killed is much worse. All crimes can be rated in their severity, and their impact on their victims, and the rest of the public. Just where does the public think law enforcement should spend the majority of their limited resources? This is an honest question, not rhetorical.

And to your point I expect the officers to do nothing. They are there to enforce the penalty of breaking the law whenever possible. They were never meant to prevent crime.

What can actually be done to uncover the true statistics regularly to post and compare? You can not trust filing a freedom of information act request because they only feed you crumbs. We have done it and we get crumbs. Does anyone know what more can actually be done to get true information?
