Learn how to address the challenges of cancer!
The Cancer: Thriving and Surviving workshop will
help participants thrive by teaching them skills to address the challenges of cancer.
The next six-week workshop
begins April 11, and will meet Thursdays, through May 16, from 10 a.m. to 12:30
p.m., at MAC. This free program is for cancer survivors and caregivers.
Topics include:
healthy eating, dealing with difficult emotions, regaining fitness, making
decisions, changes to your body, and working with healthcare providers.
