Charges: Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and other traffic-related charges

Narrative:
On Saturday, April 6th, 2019 @ 2320 hrs, troopers from the Salisbury Barrack responded to Maryland Route 349 in the area of Wetipquin Road, Quantico, Wicomico County regarding a single vehicle collision. Upon arrival, contact was made with sole occupant / operator identified as David Allen Chandler of Hebron, MD.

Troopers detected the odor of an alcoholic beverage and
requested Mr. Chandler perform Standardized Field Sobriety. Mr. Chandler performed was subsequently placed under arrest for driving under the influence of alcohol.

Mr. Chandler was not injured in the collision and was released on traffic citations.
