Police have arrested two teenage boys believed to have attacked a blind passenger who bumped into one of them on a Washington D.C. subway train Monday morning.
Darion Rivers, 18, was charged with two counts of assault while a minor, whose name the police did not release, was charged with three counts of assault for the incident where other passengers were attacked.
After the suspects were caught on camera authorities said they knew who they were looking for and released images to the public earlier this week.
The 7000 series train was fitted out with recording equipment and the two assailants turned themselves in to Metro Transit Police, the Washington Post reports.

The true bullies like the easy targets.
Let's not be too easy on them. This incident sounds like the beginning of some ugly crimes.
Gee. I was wondering what race these future fortune 500 would be?? NOT!!!
Whenever the perpetrators are not white then Race isn't mentioned.
What a wonder country this could be if ....
When it's blacks doing it, two men attack another person. . . When it's a white, 2 WHITE men attack a person. . . All I see are pictures of blacks committing crimes every day. Yet they clam they suffer racism every day. Uh huh, sure you do. I have NEVER seen an act of racism committed against a black. It's all lies.
