Congressman Harris made the following statement applauding the BUILD grant:
“This BUILD grant in Cecil County is important to the ongoing economic development in the Principio Enterprise Zone and will positively impact Cecil County as well as the first district. The construction of the I-95 interchange will continue to attract and retain innovative and thriving local employers. Because of the strategic location of Cecil County within the Philadelphia, Baltimore, Washington D.C. and New York City corridor, the I-95/Belvidere interchange will further stimulate economic growth in this area, with new and existing businesses estimated to create 7,500 jobs. The decision to award Cecil County with this grant shows the tremendous leadership of President Trump and Secretary Chao and their ongoing commitment to improving our infrastructure and our economy.”

Andy bringing home that bacon. Conservatives hate deficit spending, until they can get it for their state. Get a clue. Cecil county is trash and always will be. This is a $20M boondoggle for a few well-connected vendors.
