Then there’s something called xylazine.
According to Anne Arundel County Police Seargent, Jacklyn Davis, xylazine “is a large animal tranquilizer used for cows and bears and large mammals. It is not for human consumption.”
A heroin task force made up of members from Anne Arundel Police, Annapolis Police, and the Anne Arundel sheriff’s office spent eight months conducting an investigation into a drug trafficking organization operating in Anne Arundel County.

Just invent a drug that can make everybody normal and leave it at that.
7:09 the only fix for societies problem is God
We could start by taking the individuals who are caught with this in their home or car or person straight outside and execute them.
It's pretty hard to deny you have it, or didn't know it will kill people and you will make money doing it.
it wouldn't stop the drug trade itself, but it would stop THEM.
Its like when someone opens fire on people in a church and 20 people point ot the person who did it. We don't need a trial....we need blood.
