Land O'Lakes faces calls for a boycott over the dairy company's financial support for Rep. Steve King, an Iowa Republican who has drawn fire for what critics say are his links to white nationalists.
Among other things, King has stirred controversy by refusing to delete a retweet of a British activist and prominent Nazi sympathizer, Mark Collett, and has displayed a confederate flag on his desk in Washington. King in September also endorsed a candidate for mayor of Toronto who has espoused white supremacist views.
Land O'Lakes, which operates as a member-owned food and agricultural cooperative, in June gave $2,500 to King's campaign, according to Federal Election Commission records.That donation was condemned by liberals including former presidential candidate Howard Dean and TV host Soledad O'Brien, who called the the organization's donations to King "appalling."

This is good news for me, being I use their product. I can continue as long as they support the Republican
I just sent him a $1,000 donation. Anyone who flies a Confederate Battle flag on their desk in DC gets my support.
Letter to the Editor
On Saturday Evening, October 27th, the Wicomico County Republican Club held their annual Lincoln Day Dinner at Salisbury University. Part of the dinner was "Abe Lincoln, a few Union Soldiers and a ragtag band playing era music.
One of the speakers was a black Republican named Tony Campbell who is running against Senator Ben Cardin. While Tony was talking he stopped and said: "I will get back to that." Then he said "White people!" "White people!" "Why the Hell are you playing "Dixie."
This guy was a guest and he was complaining about the music. WTH is wrong with Dixie? We are losing our Flag, our monuments, our heritage and now this racist idiot wants us to quit playing one of our favorite songs. He called us "White People." His comments and his tone was very inappropriate for a guest speaker who was begging for our support and our votes.
He acted like a racist Democrat and he lost my families vote and anyone that supports him can go to Hell!
I will double the amount of butter I use.

I have used Land o' Lakes for years and will continue to do so.
NO company, corporation, or business or whatever should be allowed to make a donation or contribution to any candidate for public office. They always expect a blow back and they get them. Also time for term limits. The President has them, why not Congress and the Senate?
