She picks up her husband from work every night as that is where he works. She said she waits in the car for him and has observed many, many times a vehicle or bus pull up, lets out people (with suitcases). Those people hang around outside for a while, then they spot a vehicle that is picking them up and away they go. All are foreign. Is this a drop off, pick up place for illegals? Just wondering if you knew, since all this happens at night (10 or 11 pm) in Salisbury walmart parking lot.

It could be groups of "J1" workers from OC and surrounding area on one of the many junkets that are offered to them by a government (ours) contract.
They are known to take empty suitcases to handle all the shopping - almost ALL clothing - that they purchased during the trip.
Sanctuary city and state so doesn't matter however I would keep my doors locked.
Yes. The bus comes directly from Hati. On the bus they are given a suitcase that includes green card, drivers license, SS card, medicare card, voter registration, food stamps and a Walmart job application. I'm afraid to say your friends husband is probably about to lose his job to someone who will do it for $2/hour.
I would love to see what route that bus driver takes to get to Salisbury directly from Haiti. It must be at least a four day drive and a 30 day swim.

I have noticed a bus parked up at Social Security office behind Lowe's with bus loads of people getting off and on.

They go to the social security office to obtain an ITIN(individual taxpayer identity number) in order to pay taxes on the money they make working.
Why doesn't the second vehicle pick them up where they get on the bus?
Get photos. Or maybe I will and follow the second vehicle. And why that late at night?
