And mike lewis’ Boys are getting NOTHING!!! Maybe that’s because they only have 2 people working at a time!
The man was profiled, pure and simple. Stopped for a traffic violation, and then searched because the officer "smelled" something that the search didn't find in the car. Heroin and marijuana don't "smell" anything alike. That cop obviously made up the excuse to search. Funny how they will justify searching a car, regardless of finding what they said was the reason for the search. Cops WILL break the law, to enforce the law, and some are fine with that. As for me, I would rather Law Enforcement Officers follow the law, as well as enforce the law. To many cops, the end justifies the means, and that why so many cases get thrown out (when local judges don't support the cops bad behavior).
