PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – Sources tell KDKA-TV News that video shows Antwon Rose firing a gun during a drive-by shooting just minutes before he was shot and killed by police officer Michael Rosfeld, but Allegheny County officials are disputing those reports.
According to police, officers initially responded to a shots fired called on Kirkpatrick Avenue in North Braddock. When they arrived, they found a 22-year-old man had been shot in the abdomen.

That does not justify the police acting as judge, jury and executioner. Possibly shot in the back??? LEO was sworn in that day.
10:11 - I suggest you re-read the article in its entirety prior to making commentary - the young man appears to have been significantly at fault - the officer had several years of service (7 I believe) prior to being sworn In at this police department (which was twisted around significantly by the media) - further, this particular section of Pittsburgh is extremely violent and the innocence angle was played up by the media and the immediate community who had a rally ..... and now the truth comes forward in pieces (as it usually does) with a young man who was apparently not so innocent - please do carefully investigate and read thoroughly the full story prior to passing jugment of your own

The so called "witnesses" are saying he tossed the gun but video shows differently so to believe from anyone other then officials that he was shot in the back is most likely a lie coming from these so call witnesses. Remember they lie constantly. They said Brown was shot in the back while running away with his hands up even. Trayvon was just walking when he was shot. All lies. One of the main difficulties within black communities is honesty and whether you care to admit this or not it is the truth and is proven by the lies they told mentioned above.

No gun on his person. Even if he had shot and killed a cop, it is not the job of the police to execute people. People have the right to a jury trail and are innocent until proven guilty. You like to fight for the second amendment but seem to forget about amendments 5 - 8.
