Know Your Facts

This side by side comparison was compiled by a supporter, a retired Deputy with the Worcester County Sheriff's Office, who wanted to make it clear: Experience Matters. The Sheriff's position is not a popularity contest. Your vote matters. I appreciate all of the early voters who already voted McDermott and all of you who are casting your vote on Tuesday. All of the private messages, texts, and phone calls are appreciated, this is the homestretch! I look forward to serving as your Sheriff and putting this election behind us all. -Mike McDermott

Ah, were are the other candidates?

Also, a lot of suspicious details seem to have been purposely left of the "other" side, seemingly to spin a story that may not be very honest.

No mention of endorsements by the former and current Sheriffs? I wonder what else was left off of the list, and why the other candidates are no listed as well?

Only an idiot would vote for Matt Crisafulli. That little coward is nothing but a school deputy with no experience, especially NO LEADERSHIP experience.

Reggie Mason and Chuck Martin you clowns deserve to be put out to the pasture to make those stupid endorsements of a COWARD!!

A DARE officer, OH BOY!! What a hero! NOT!

VOTE Mike McDermott for Worcester County Sheriff. Leadership matters.

Drain the Effin’ Swamp! No incumbents! Is it “experience” or just GOB same ol’ same ol’?

Other then "Reggie said so" what makes Matt Crisafulli a good choice for sheriff?

These candidates have to know how prejudice JT is about anyone he doesn't like such as McDermott and god don't let one mention Bob Culvers name.I hope all his people lose and next time they might think about who's promoting them.

I'd rater have new blood, not just one of the good old boys. We already know how THEY are.

What's interesting is how Matt Cristafulli is distancing himself from some of those "campaigning" for him. Jonathan Taylor for one and Lynn Dodenhoff and that other whack job Christine Tucker. The biggest mouthpieces against McDermott and the one they support never reposts their crap. They are too dumb to see they look like fools.

Mike is the easiest and best choice in the local election this year. And JT abhors him - gotta wonder why.

Who in their right mind would want Jonathan Taylor campaigning for them? Other pinheads?

I've already made up my mind McDermott/McDermott but I've been reading Bernal's information and I get he is out there somewhere to put it mildly, but is he saying we have MS-13 gangs in this area? If so why is the current Sheriff hiding that from us?

I've been doing some reading and all I see are some extremely disturbed individuals. They are very bitter and angry to the degree that they should be seeking professional help instead of constantly taking it out on someone else. Their compulsion to take someone down is not only not normal it is a poor example to children for someone to hold that kind of hate in their hearts. It's a form of child abuse to subject children to such hatred and bitterness, I can see why the victim tried to escape the home by going to Pocomoke. Living in that kind of environment is hell on earth.

The child's "letter" is very disturbing. Either she was put up to it or she is mimicking the adults in her life. This shows a very high level of dysfunction that is detrimental to a child's mental health.
The other explanation if she took it upon herself. That is as equally concerning in that she is dwelling far too long and much on a very small inconsequential (within the larger picture) part of the tragedy. That too is detrimental to someone's mental health especially a child's. No matter the reason or reasons the child is in need of counseling.
