This has been a long time coming.
The incompetents, the clock watchers and the thieves all need to be put on notice. Your responsibility is to do your job and to do it well. If you can't or won't, there's somebody waiting to take your place.
Oh my goodness! They can no longer apologize, promise not to do it again, put it behind us, move forward, or if necessary resign or retire on a full pension without any further repercussions? What a sad state of affairs.

Finally, accountability in government jobs. Imagine, now you will have to do your job in order to keep it. I love it, free ride is coming to an end!
Govt.employee unions are bull crap and aught to be illegal. President Reagan set them on their heels for a while when he fired all the air traffic controllers but it is time to eliminate the unions completely.

Now everyone time they wanna fire some p.o.s. we'll probably have the wonderful privilege of hearing about it all the way to the Supreme Court. (Except for the straight white males, they'll have no such recourse.)
