Jennifer Albero Rescues Fawn From Drowning In Wicomico County Lake/Pond

Yesterday an employee from Wicomico County, (Steve Chamberlain) was mowing the grass near one of the ponds/lake near the Landfill. His keen eyes picked up on a fawn lying in the grass and stopped immediately. He called Jennifer, (former Vet Tech at the Salisbury Zoo). The fawn got spooked and jumped into the water and started drowning. Jennifer arrived just in time to jump into the water to save this baby.

She then placed the fawn in a safe area where its mother could come back and reunite with her baby. Everyone/thing is safe and sound. Great job to all involved.

Sorry about the video being sideways, that's just how it came through.
