Joe I attended the meeting of the Greater Salisbury Committee yesterday where Mike Dunn ordered a "Study" of the Revenue Cap and a presentation called The White Paper was done by Bob Moore. Invited were reporters from WBOC and WMDT. Also invited were the County Executive and members of the Wicomico County Council. Most of the material present was false or misleading and the gist of it was to get the revenue cap lifted and give more funding to the schools.

You really should do a story on this before Mike Dunn and his Cronies start a petition to get it on the ballott for 2018. Mike Dunn is rushing to get it through before the Deadline at the General Assembly. Thank God Ed Wilgus spoke out against it. Thank God people at my table did not support Mike Dunn and his attempt to circumvent the Revenue Cap. If this continues my business will resign our membership to the Greater Salisbury Committee. We didn't want Mike Dunn as the CEO because of his failed leadership with the City of Salisbury and his lack of business skills and his poor resume. He's been unemployed more than he has had an actual job.

I was there and Bill McCain is part of the subcommittee that is forcing the removal of that revenue cap on Wicomico.

I was also at the last GSC meeting where Bill McCain also wants the Greater Salisbury Committee to force the Wicomico County Council into passing legislation giving all school teachers tax-free annual property taxes. Take a guess how much Bill McCain pays in property taxes? Take a guess what Bill McCain does for employment? She is a school teacher!

So Bill McCain is running for the Wicomico County Council at Large.

Bill McCain's wife is a school teacher.

Bill McCain serves on the Greater Salisbury Committee's Revenue Cap subcommittee.

Bill McCain supports teachers getting Tax Free property Taxes.

Bill McCain supports removing the Revenue Cap to pay more money to the teachers.

Wicomico County is going to need the revenue cap so that they can pay for making up the difference in nearly 800 school teachers property taxes as well as the increases he wants to give the school teachers and the Board of Ed. Do not vote for Bill McCain, that is why he is running for the County Council again.

Vote for John Cannon and Julie Brewington. They will be the lesser of the 4 evils.

Now we know the TRUTH!

Wish someone paid for my city county taxes. How much does that cost the taxpayer.
