It's not about who trained him. They also trained hundreds (?) of others, none of whom have gone off the rails as did this specimen.

politicize and create a lie, not to offer any insight.
It makes zero difference how he learned to shoot the gun. The fault lies completely on the backs of the FBI. When they were sent the sceen shot back in Sept 2017 they should have followed through. Evidently there are only 13 Nikolas Cruz's in the US. The spelling Nikolas is the common Balkans spelling. His adoptive mother was of Serbian decent and he was named after her father and her brother. The are facts surrounding this case that Cruz was screaming out for help. Posting the message was one. He purchased the gun legally was another. It would have been just about effortless for the FBI to have run the name to see if a Nikolas Cruz had purchased firearms. Then they could have zeroed in on him. He videos taped cutting himself. A social worker "investigated" and determined all was okay. Were they aware of the 39 calls to 911 made on him in less then 8yrs. They should have been and so should the FBI after being sent the information. In the year that he brought the gun many saw changes and another even contacted the FBI only to be ignored. He was going to kill one way or another and he gave what goes beyond hints that he was both serious and mentally ill but all his advance notice of this was ignored.
