This is one law that should be strictly enforced!
and tailgating. If one cannot stop in the distance between them and the vehicle in front of them, they are driving too close. (and if your headlights hit on the vehicle in front of you, you are driving too close)

Yeah, but the police need a warrant to look at what's on your phone. So unless someone SAYS they saw you on the phone prior to an accident, there is not reasonable cause to get a search warrant for the phone.
@12:47, All you have to do is say you passed them before the accident and you saw them on their phone. Who's to say any different?
