@9:48 funny you bring that up but that was their plan several years ago and now Day has his hand in things it may become more of a reality. Here's the kicker though Cannon owns the majority of these properties and its not coincidence he's gotten so buddy buddy with the boy mayor

a house that nice in Salisbury probably rents for about $1800 per month. I can picture at least 4 families living there

Probably a Roop Group or Roop Invests property. They'll just raise the rent on all properties that are twice the mortgage anyways
