Breaking News: Puerto Rico's governor has ordered a recount of deaths from Hurricane Maria. The official toll is 64; a Times analysis put it around 1,000.

It's political fodder for leftists. They're still pretending to be miffed that the entire country's power grid wasn't restored overnight, right down to the night light in abuelita's bathroom.
