I NEVER received notification of new ordered phones or delivery information. Verizon eventually disconnected the phone lines and readjusted my bill.
This is the person that allegedly picked up the package based on the video surveillance camera at UPS.

Man these people really put a lot of effort into a crime with little to gain.
He picked them up with a photo ID
How can they not know who he is if he had a photo ID?
How could they add lines? Maybe they work at Verizon or know somebody who does. I would check with the verizon location that allowed them the initial access to your account!!
Use a passcode on your Verizon Account

Who knew you were to be on vacation, & knew you'd returned? That's what comes to mind first off.
5;42 never take a taxi to airport, or limo service. Never post on Facebook pictures until you return. It is very easy if you are not bright enough to be careful.
Probably blabbed it all over Facebook. People are so stupid. Facebook tells criminals when you are going to be away because you HAVE to brag about it and show off.

He was in Chipotle (south end)last night!
He drives a gold Nissan with Maryland tags.
Could be very possible!! They have a very motley crew working there now
