Do we hear this from MSM, in schools, from government, or anywhere? No!
Instead of throwing money at the parenthood problem and jockeying for political power, THIS is the one issue that should be corrected.

I will play devil's advocate for this guy and give 1 example. When public pools were Whites only a lot of Blacks never learned to swim. That deficit has been passed down from generation to generation. If we are going to have public schools in this country swimming should be REQUIRED. It is insane to me that with the "Greatest country in the history of the World" that we should have ANYONE drown because they don't know how to swim. At some point in your life you are going to end up in the water and you had better be able to stay calm and afloat at least. It disgusts me that with all these liberals with their ivy league educations and their PC language crusade that NOT ONE of them have ever suggested it.
OK devil's advocate, why is this the public school's responsibility? Go to the YMCA or let the parents take care of this "problem". And just so you know, not ALL white kids know how to swim.
Because not all children are privileged to
be able to join the "Y' or have parents that
care or can afford what others can.
I learned to swim in a pond, a river and a lake. So did my kids.
