8:03 Who are you blaming ? Who destroyed the housing market ? Maybe the government with the "Zero down loans" so someone could buy a house who could not afford it. Anytime the government gets an idea to help someone who cannot help themselves, they ruin it for everyone else.
8:46 AM - Maybe it was the banks that actually loaned the money to unqualified buyers. Just because the government relaxes the rules doesn't men that businesses should just follow blindly, ignoring their own policies.
9:55 you don't have a clue. Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac were responsible. Also Farmers Home Administration has also been at the top of the list of Government run banks who can't make a good loan. The government also sets the rules and guidelines for FDIC insured banks. No child left behind and everyone should be able to buy a home. Now math (common core) where the wrong answer is right. Kids can not make change for a dollar.
