Denver Doc along with Marshall Paden a.k.a. Jim Bendix started one of the first if not the first Cowboy Action Shooting clubs on the east coast. Doc was a poet and story teller among many other accomplishments. He continued shooting up until 5 or 6 years ago when he felt his balance was becoming a safety concern. Great guy and friend to ride the range with. He definitely had a full life, and will be missed. Tom Goslee

The kids and I always looked forward to him joining us at the table at the Old West Steakhouse, and the kids were disappointed when he wasn't there. What a full like he had! He will be missed by all that had the pleasure of meeting him, or working with him during his many careers.
