The young Long Island woman accused of falsely crying rape against two football players at her Connecticut college was back in court Friday, continuing her bid to dodge jail by getting treatment for an undisclosed mental health issue.
During a brief hearing, a Bridgeport judge granted defendant Nikki Yovino’s request that her lawyer be present as she undergoes a psychological exam that will help determine her eligibility for the jail diversion program.
“She’s hanging in there,” lawyer Mark Sherman told The Post of Yovino, 19, of South Setauket. “She’s looking for a result in this case that would not involve jail time.”

What this woman did was horrible and she should face jail time because she is the very reason why real rape victims don't get taken seriously by law enforcement. If the courts started holding people like her accountable, it would free up room for REAL victims.
She was trying put 2 men in prison. maybe FOR LIFE.
Now, prison doesn't sound too good?
Prison IS too good for her.
Give her lead poisoning.
Lock her up.
She should get what the accused got - or would have gotten if convicted! Ruining lives is not something that should be gotten away with!
DO the CRIME, then you must DO the TIME!
No ifs, ands, or buts about it!
Alot of those females who cry rape have mental health issues. All they do is ruin a life, and yes prison is too good for those who lie like that.
Omg LMAO awesome!!!
