Do you or anyone know who she may be with

All the young kids hang out down there. I know 2-3 kids who are always running/missing for days and they go straight to downtown OC to hag on the boardwalk. That's where the parents know to find them. There is nothing but trouble down there. The cops even know some of these kids by name.

That's what cell phone tracking does.

How in the hell did this child get from OC to Pocomoke? Something is dodgy about this situation.

So sorry for this family. It is clearly a condition that requires family counseling. And the young girl has no idea that her life is at risk running around in those areas late at night.
