Spent 30 years in the appraisal business, never devalued a home for chain link fence.

Fences do nothing but add value, especially chain link fences. Never have they devalued a property.
No chain link fences don't lower property values. Day just makes things up and his supporters all of them being very low IQ fall in lockstep. He thinks all people are as idiotic as he is. In this day and age with the internet prospective buyers will do their own research and see things like the schools being rape zones and gun fights at a nation chain restaurant and cross Salisbury proper right off the list.
