I was just telling my daughter a couple of weeks ago that in elementary school we had uneven bars and all kinds of gymnastics equipment. I'd like to think it wasn't all that long ago! Gym sure isn't what it used to be, let alone recess!!
It's for the children , let's keep them in the closet.
Ahhh, jungle gyms and monkey bars, those were the days. And I don't remember anyone getting hurt on a playground, except for maybe a skinned knee, every now and then.
Kids in today's time can barely climb stairs.
