How do they know, without autopsy, that he drown?
Because he was found floating in the water?
Great Idea they had taking the safety barriers away from the river walk area downtown. Only a matter of time before this happens again.
Could have been dead before water was involved.
11:38 You can move to Kansas if water scares you. The eastern shore is surrounded by water with no safety barriers.

Maybe he was overcome by fumes from the river.
If you push someone in at that location they will drown unless they can swim....no way out there.
Maybe no railing was the plan....
I believe this is the second drowning? One on the 8th & another on the 10th. The man on the 10th was a homeless man I'd seen many times sleeping under the bridge. He had a horrible, loud cough, he was ill and usually passed out. I don't know if he accidentally rolled in or suicide, either way it is way too sad. Instead of money for a railing on this WIDE walk, how about money to help the men living along the river?
