HAGERSTOWN, Md. —A visit to a Maryland prison has led to criminal charges alleging drug smuggling against a sister of Freddie Gray.
Investigators said this again underscores the problem of drugs and other contraband being smuggled into Maryland correctional facilities. Carolina Gray is accused of trying to deliver suboxone to someone held at a prison in Hagerstown.
Investigators told the 11 News I-Team that evidence includes the observations of corrections officers and surveillance video. While visiting an inmate at the Maryland correctional facility in Hagerstown on Oct. 22, 2016, Carolina Gray is alleged to have dropped a small package containing suboxone on the floor.
"They saw a package being delivered to the floor. The inmate placed his foot over the package to conceal it. That was the observations of the correctional officers," said Gary McLhinney, director of the Office of Professional Standards for the Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services.

Interesting, however , we would be led to believe the statistics are wrong and these folks are just innocent victims. With all the money from the settlement ($6 million) it begs the question why they still feel the need to break the law. As someone commented above, maybe it's in the DNA.
She goes by (or did anyway) Pretty Missy Miss on FB. I used to follow her but stopped. The whole family is to put it bluntly losers and were before Freddie killed himself. This is not one bit surprising.
She used to whine that all the mother did since she got the settlement was sit around and drink alcohol all day to "drown her sorrows" over Freddie's death. The mother does heroin too and has since before she had the 3 kids. Freddie has a twin named Fredrika.
They know they're siblings but probably have no idea who's the father (s).
