So much BS. Has Howard County seceded from the USA? I guess so! Why would they elect to stop enforcing the laws of the land?
Why stop at federal civil laws why not just ignore all civil violations of law since they only seem to harm those charged be it legally or illegally here?

That's right. Keep arresting U.S. Citizens for committing crimes and let those damn illegals go scott free. How can you pick and choose what laws you are going to enforce?
