White House reporters excused their actions, deflected, or were totally silent on Monday when independent journalist Mike Cernovich challenged their lack of coverage of the domestic terrorism group “Antifa.”
Cell phone video taken from inside the briefing room shows Cernovich standing to the side and addressing the reporters.
“Why will nobody here cover the violence against Trump supporters and why won’t you demand that leaders in the Democrats disavow the violence from Antifa the way you demanderump disavow violence from his supporters,” Cernovich said, referring to the blad-clad agitators who have been wreaking havoc in Berkeley, California, Portland, Oregon and elsewhere around the country.
Groans could be heard.
“This is being completely covered up,” he continued, “You have no answer.”
“Are you a reporter, sir?” April Ryan, White House correspondent and Washington bureau chief for American Urban Radio Networks, interrupted.
“I am, madam,” Cernovich responded.
“No way, with who?” Ryan quizzed..
