I know fruitland police are sleep deprived, go by the little league park just about any morning and you'll see
Gee could it be the 12 hour shifts they work??? So if they are sleep deprived, then it is possible they make mistakes right??? But I guess the thug should just not break the law when they are not breaking the law right???
its closer to 90% of patrol officers. Get off at 3am, court at 830 back to work at 430.
How can they be sleep deprived? They take plenty of naps in the patrol cars.
