Wilmington, Del. (WTXF) - Police say a girl was snatched from the street while playing in her own neighborhood. The 4-year-old girl was gone for two heart-wrenching hours before being found nearly naked in a nearby park.
It happened in the blink of an eye in Wilmington, Delaware on a dead end street.
Megan Gardner remembers the chilling moment when a 4-year-old girl, who was playing with her child and some neighborhood friends, was abducted along the 4800 block of Sugar Plumb Court in Plum Run Village, a section New Castle County Delaware.

if you read the full article you will find she was playing with other kids outside while an adult was inside. What are we supposed to do? Lock out kids inside at all times? She could have been watched closer, sure. But this seems like a well thought out plan. Unfortunately not all criminals are stupid.

Alot of predators are not in jail, due to overcrowding and being released early. Good people should not have to "be watched" nonstop. She was minding her own business in her own yard.
If is was 14 or a 24 year old, whould you say "she has to be watched? Not her fault, nor her parents. Too many crimanls running wild. Bring back the dealth penalty.
